John Redden, a seasoned software engineer with forty-five years of experience, has been dedicated to organic farming on the Big Island of Hawaii since 2003. Originally from Southern California, John is passionate about providing the best estate coffee possible, with a personal focus on certified organic coffee and Mamaki tea.

At his twenty-acre farm in South Kona, John leverages the unique microclimates to produce exceptional products, including Ohia forest-grown shade coffee. Each batch of coffee and tea is meticulously hand-sorted to ensure the highest quality. Despite the competitive market, John’s farm offers hand-sorted organic coffee at a lower price than many Kona coffee producers, along with year-round availability of organic, forest-grown Mamaki tea at excellent prices.
