Our organic coffee has the choice of sunny or shade grown. The sunny coffee is grown in normal sunlight, with periodic additions of organic fertilizer. The shade coffee is pure wild coffee grown in a native Ohia forest. It has a longer picking season, typically is a smaller bean and renders a unique flavor.
